RETURN POLICY

On receipt of intimation from you, the refund or exchange process will be initiated by us under the following conditions;

1) Need to intimate us within 7 days of receiving the product(s) along with the proof of purchase.

2) The product should not be used and returned in good condition.

3) Product will be replaced if the product is damaged or faulty or if it is the wrong item that was sent. If the same product is not available in stock, you have the choice of selecting other product of same value.

4) The cost of shipping for replacing the product will be borne by us.

5) Products will not be exchanged or refunded due to wrong ordering and customers should check before placing an order.

Returns sent after the allowed period of time will not be processed.
